By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of our services, regardless of geographic location, device used, or method of access.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of 1nwin services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
To register and maintain an account with 1nwin, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. This minimum age requirement reflects Indonesia's legal age of majority for gambling activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and preventing underage individuals from accessing 1nwin services.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not register an account if you are prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order. You may not use 1nwin services on behalf of any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
Our services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are accessing 1nwin from a location where online gambling is not prohibited by local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of our services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that our services are legal in any specific jurisdiction, and accessing our platform from a restricted territory is at your own risk.
You may register only one account with 1nwin. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including to circumvent self-exclusion, abuse bonuses, or commit fraud, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If we discover that you maintain multiple accounts, we reserve the right to void all bets, confiscate all winnings, and ban you permanently from our platform.
The following individuals are expressly prohibited from registering or using 1nwin services: employees of 1nwin or any affiliated companies; immediate family members of 1nwin employees; professional gamblers or betting syndicates acting in concert to exploit our platform; individuals who have been previously banned or self-excluded from 1nwin or other gambling platforms; individuals acting on behalf of organized crime or engaged in money laundering.
To create an account with 1nwin, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR). You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Any account registered with false information will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.
1nwin operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months), and selfie verification (photo of yourself holding your ID and a handwritten note with "1nwin" and the current date).
Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until your account is fully verified. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if we have reason to believe your identity has not been adequately confirmed. Refusal to provide requested documents will result in account suspension and potential closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 1nwin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if such use occurred due to your failure to maintain account security.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to enhance security. You should use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance within 30 days. Any funds remaining after 30 days will be forfeited. We reserve the right to close, suspend, or restrict your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to 1nwin or other players.
1nwin accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Danamon), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits are typically processed instantly. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned to the source, minus processing fees.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your account is verified and you have met all applicable wagering requirements for any active bonuses. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by loyalty tier: Bronze members 6-24 hours, Silver members 2-6 hours, Gold members 1-2 hours.
We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if we detect suspicious activity. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we have reason to believe the funds are derived from fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.
1nwin does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, card issuer) may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit or withdraw in a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is depleted or you reactivate your account by logging in.
All bonuses offered by 1nwin are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed prominently on the relevant promotion page or in the promotional email. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, maximum bet sizes, and withdrawal restrictions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until you have met the stated wagering requirements. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 deposit plus Rp 100,000 bonus means you must wager Rp 6,000,000 (30 × Rp 200,000) before you can withdraw. Different games contribute differently to wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-25%, live casino 10-20%. Check individual bonus terms for specific contribution percentages.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, exploiting software errors or loopholes, wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting both red and black on roulette), and any other activity we determine to be abusive or fraudulent. Bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, closure of your account, and potential legal action.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain players from promotions at our discretion if we believe they are abusing bonuses or otherwise violating our terms.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules and regulations governing that sport and market. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets may be void and stakes returned, depending on the circumstances and market rules. All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.
If a technical error, software malfunction, or human error results in incorrect odds, payouts, or bet acceptance, 1nwin reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances accordingly. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical errors, and you agree to accept corrections made in good faith.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets; colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes; exploiting inside information for sports betting; engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms; intentionally disconnecting during live games to avoid losses; reverse engineering or decompiling our software; and any other activity that gives you an unfair advantage or undermines the integrity of our platform.
All content on the 1nwin platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of 1nwin or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without express written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use 1nwin services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any commercial use or resale of our services or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1nwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses resulting from your inability to access our platform, errors or omissions in content, unauthorized access to your account, or any other matter relating to our services.
1nwin is not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, payment processor errors, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government action.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
1nwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you control your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.
You acknowledge that gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1nwin is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
1nwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email or on-site notification, but it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
